Window Areas

In venues that allow it, make sure you place wedding dance floor decals on the window areas around the event. Most of the photography will be taking place around the window spaces, and so your wedding decals can achieve maximum visibility in these areas. Make sure that you ask the venue first before placing decals on windows, and ensure that the decal doesn’t impact the level of natural light within the space.

Bathroom Mirrors

For a special touch, you can add wedding decals to bathroom mirrors at the event. The guest will then remain within the event experience when they visit the bathroom at the venue. And this can also help to create a unique experience for all venue visitors. Take the time to place the wedding dance floor decals so they don’t impact the use of the mirror for guests, and make sure that decals are fixed to the mirror to avoid creating issues with water damage.

Enhancing Your Spring Wedding with The Right Colour Schemes

If you want to design a wedding which makes guests instantly think of spring, it’s all about the colour schemes.  With the right colour scheme underneath your design choices, you can keep a spring theme going throughout the wedding – but without simply slapping flowers on everything.  The colour scheme is what will tie everything together.

There are a lot of ways to mix and match colours to create a spring vibe, but these are some of our favorites that seem to work well every time.

Three Colour Schemes Which Are Perfect for Spring Weddings

1 – The Rosy Wedding

Roses are the flower of love and passion, so they’re a natural fit for weddings.  However, they can present a bit of a challenge since it’s not typical to have a lot of red colours at a wedding and can be considered bad luck.  The solution is to lean heavily on shades of pink.

Our rosy sign template is built around this idea – lots of pink hues, but few actually crossing over into red.  Then they can be brought out with white backgrounds and maybe just a hint of other pastels.

2 – The Wildflower Wedding

If you want a flower-themed spring wedding colour scheme, the other option is to shoot for a more naturalistic look by having colours which match blooming wildflowers.  This means lots of whites, yellows, and tans, with a hint of green.  We’d also recommend a sky-blue background for such decorations to represent the sky.

3 – A Green Wedding for Renewal

Of course, spring doesn’t only mean flowers – it means the blooming of all things green as well!  A wedding with green decor might not be the most obvious first choice, but it’s a nice colour scheme if you want something a bit more low-key and natural.  It’s also a rare situation where brown becomes a wedding colour since you’d want some nice earthy browns to contrast the green, representing fertile soil or tree trunks.

Backdrops for Weddings Aren’t ONLY for Weddings!

Occasionally, we get a call from a customer asking if our backdrops for weddings are available for other events.  And the answer is, of course, they are!  Weddings are the main focus of our business, but we’ll happily rent out any of our rental backdrops – or create custom work – for any situation where you might want a backdrop.

Three Non-Wedding Situations Where Backdrops for Weddings Are Still A Great Choice

1 – Spring lawn parties

Whether it’s for Easter or just to celebrate the coming of warmer weather, backdrops could be a great choice for a spring lawn party.  With proper anchoring, a flowery backdrop wouldn’t just add to the experience – it could be useful as well, such as for creating a barrier between your party and a nearby road.  Or for covering up any other unsightly view that might interfere with the mood.

2 – Office parties

Not every office party can afford to rent out a restaurant or dance hall, but that doesn’t mean you have to skimp on decor.  A backdrop or two can quickly change the entire atmosphere within an office and prevent the party from feeling like another day at work.  Don’t forget, we can also create head table backdrops which are 36 feet long -or more- so there’s an option to fit even large offices.

3 – Coming-of-age celebrations
